Security
All credit card transactions are carried out in a secure encrypted environment (SSL). Delivery
We only deliver to UK mainland addresses. If you are ordering from outside UK Mainland we will request from you additional payment. Please place your order as normal and a member of our sales team will contact you for any additional postal costs required. When you receive your order, the package will contain a 'dispatch' note. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason. Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation and Returns
If your goods are unsuitable you can return them within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us by email at info@glasstrends.co.uk and request a returns form and returns number. Goods must be fit for resale with all the original packaging and any security seals intact, any goods or packaging that is not will be rejected, as unfortunately they are NOT in a re-saleable condition.
All postal costs and packing of returned items rests with the sender and is none refundable. If you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for returning them at your own cost and must be in a re-saleable condition.
On return of the cancelled goods, after checking that they are in a re-saleable condition your refund will be processed with-in 30 days. You will not be eligible for a refund if the product has been used or if the original packaging has been discarded or damaged including the breaking of security seals on boxes, this is because the goods must be re-saleable. If you do not return the goods as required, Glasstrends may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods and or the loss in value of the goods.
If you refuse delivery or to make arrangement to accept delivery of the goods you will be charged for the return of the goods to Glasstrends. Please be aware that in some cases the costs will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery.
Data Protection
Glasstrends do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and fulfill customer orders b. Administer and enhance the site and service c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
